Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and hallways according to established standards
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability and readiness
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the appropriate department for quick resolution
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ensure all cleaning activities are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold cleanliness excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
