Bar Staff (Part-Time/ Full-Time)
Harrogate Brewing Co. is a family-run microbrewery with an onsite Taproom and a centrally located pub in the heart of Harrogate.
We're looking for a sociable, hardworking and reliable individual to join our small team, working primarily at our Brewery Taproom where we serve our own award-winning beers in a relaxed setting. The role can be full-time or part-time for two staff, depending on the right candidate(s).
Flexibility is essential, as some shifts may be required at our pub on Royal Parade. This position would suit someone local with a passion for hospitality, looking to build on existing bar experience.
Responsibilities
- Serving drinks and engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar.
- Restocking and preparing the bar for service.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues during busy periods.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people.
- Is reliable, hardworking, and able to work well under pressure.
- Can work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
- Has previous bar or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).
- Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
