DG Solutions are a Dangerous Goods Support and Training organisation operating across the UK and Europe.
We are a young, fast-growing and dynamic company working with businesses of all sizes, from micro-businesses through to large multinational organisations supporting them with dangerous goods advice, compliance, support and training for the transport and logistics of chemicals, batteries, radioactive materials and explosives.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Client Support Administrator to join our team at our Horsham office.
This is a varied and developing role that combines customer support, sales administration, relationship management and business development. The successful candidate will play an important part in helping us maintain our high level of customer service while supporting the continued growth of the business.
Initially, the role will focus on supporting the wider team with client administration, CRM management, customer communication and outreach to prospective clients. As knowledge and confidence grow, the successful candidate will gradually take on greater responsibility, including managing client relationships, supporting more complex enquiries and becoming increasingly involved in the commercial and operational side of the business.
The role will involve:
- Responding quickly and professionally to existing client enquiries
- Providing a high level of customer care and ongoing support
- Identifying and approaching potential new clients by email and telephone
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Visiting current and prospective clients to strengthen relationships and understand their needs
- Supporting bookings, quotations and client administration
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system
- Helping find solutions to customer issues and ensuring excellent service throughout
We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, organised and confident communicating with clients. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and genuinely enjoy building relationships and helping clients solve problems.
As a small and ambitious company, every member of the team has a real impact on the business. This role would suit someone who is looking for more than just a standard administration position and is interested in developing alongside a growing company.
Full training will be provided on the technical and systems aspects of the role, and there will be opportunities over time to take on increasing responsibility and specialise within the business. This career path has the potential to lead into key account management in the near-term and then onto Team Leadership, Technical Consultant or Business Development roles for the right person.
The role is primarily office-based at our Horsham office, with regular travel required to visit current and prospective clients.
