We are expanding our services in Birmingham and are currently recruiting motivated, compassionate and reliable staff to join our Children’s Residential Homes and Adult Care teams.
About the Role
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable children and adults, promoting independence, safeguarding, and delivering high‑quality care.

- Support Worker
- Senior Support Worker
- Children’s Residential Care Staff
- Adult Care Support Staff
Essential Requirements
- Care Mandatory Training (preferred)
- Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or Adult Care (preferred)
Don’t have Level 3 or Mandatory Training? No problem.
We offer full training and enrolment, allowing you to complete your qualification while working.
