£15 – £17.50 per hour (equivalent to £30,000 – £34,125 / year)

Higher End Construction is a growing, respected construction company delivering programme works for councils and social housing providers across the Northwest. We are now hiring an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner for long-term work on our programme work contracts including wet rooms, voids, extensions, kitchens, and repairs and maintenance works across the Northwest.
This is a full-time, permanent position with stable, year-round work, a well-organised schedule, and a focus on quality and workmanship.
The Role
- Void refurbishment works covering all aspects of joinery
- First fix, second fix joinery on wet rooms including finish to a high standard
- Minor plumbing and finishing joinery with PVC boxing and silicone sealant
- Liaise with tenants respectfully and keep sites clean and professional
- Follow a clear programme of works with jobs and materials pre-planned
- Working within a team delivering programme works across the North West
- Adaptations, repairs and maintenance works covering all aspects of joinery

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working in all aspects of joinery works (ideally in social housing)
- Able to carry out all aspects of 1st & 2nd fix joinery to a high standard
- Basic plumbing skills desirable
- Professional, reliable, and good with tenants
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- CSCS card (preferred)
- NVQ Qualifications in related trades
