Job Overview
We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in keeping our supply chain and internal systems running smoothly.
This is a hands-on position at the heart of the business, working across stock management, supplier coordination, and internal operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring products move efficiently from manufacturer to warehouse, and that all systems accurately reflect what’s happening in real time.
As we continue to scale, this role offers strong long-term progression and the opportunity to become a core part of our operations function.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and managing new products across internal systems
- Raising and managing purchase orders (internal and external)
- Creating sales orders between internal companies
- Booking in stock across UK warehouses and 3PL partners
- Tracking manufacturer production orders and delivery schedules
- Managing stock allocation for internal company orders
- Matching purchase orders with invoices and liaising with the accounts team
- Coordinating supplier orders and aligning production with delivery timelines
- Maintaining accurate stock data, including adjustments and revaluations
- Supporting wider operations tasks as the business grows
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and processes
- Experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management (preferred but not essential)
- Proactive and able to manage tasks independently
- Strong communication skills when working with suppliers and internal teams
- A problem-solver who can adapt in a fast-moving environment
