Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our team in <LOCATION>. Responsibilities
- Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records.
- Create invoices and chase payments
- Support recruitment processes, including data entry and ATS management.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Assist with employee relations and communication initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Health & Safety team to promote workplace safety.
- Prepare reports using HR software.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with data entry and ATS management.
- Knowledge of human resources best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
