Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, contributing to tasks such as loading and unloading goods, managing stock, and facilitating shipping and receiving processes. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipping.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving of products, verifying quantities and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Load and unload goods from lorries and containers efficiently.
Requirements
Own transport essential – we are located in a rural area with no public transport access
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail for accurate stock management.
- Experience with picking, packing, and shipping processes is beneficial.
- A proactive attitude towards teamwork and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
