Duties
- Collect used glassware from tables, bars, and designated areas promptly to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Dispose of or clean glassware according to health and safety protocols, ensuring proper sanitation.
- Assist in setting up service areas by clearing away used items and preparing spaces for new guests.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely collection and disposal efforts.
- Maintain awareness of hospitality standards by ensuring the environment remains inviting and clutter-free.
- Follow all safety guidelines related to handling glassware and waste disposal procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality is desirable.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods throughout shifts.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to sanitation and waste management.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
