Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Locksmith/ service to join our team operating in the South Yorkshire & immediate surrounding areas.
We request candidates must live in the area of South Yorkshire or immediate surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various locking mechanisms within UPVC doors/ windows repairs and also ideally experience with composite doors and bifold repairs as well as glazing experience all with the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.
This role involves working both independently and as part of a team, responding to customer needs promptly and efficiently.
There is plenty of opportunity for overtime and this role is not "Job and knock" Monday - Friday so please be aware of this when applying.

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain a variety of locks, glazing and overall door and window repairs for residential and commercial properties.
- Respond to emergency lockout situations with urgency and professionalism.
- Conduct assessments of security needs and recommend appropriate locking solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory of materials used.
- Stay updated on the latest locksmithing techniques, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Locksmith/ service engineer or in a similar role is preferred - THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE PLEASE.
- Strong knowledge of various types of locks, keys, and security systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driving licence is required with no more than 6 points please.
- Relevant certifications or training in locksmithing are advantageous but not mandatory. We welcome applications from individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality locksmith services while ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Pay: £28,800.00-£34,000.00 per year
