Head Pastry Chef
Full-Time | Shrewsbury
We're looking for a passionate and creative Head Pastry Chef to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Executive Head Chef, you'll take ownership of the pastry operation across our four venues in Shrewsbury, leading the development of exciting desserts and helping shape the future of our food offering.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing the pastry sections across all of our food outlets.
- Designing and developing exciting new desserts and seasonal specials.
- Preparing high-quality desserts to a consistently excellent standard.
- Maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Monitoring and managing stock levels, ordering ingredients, and carrying out regular stock checks.
- Supporting and working alongside the wider kitchen team whenever required.
- Training, motivating, and setting standards within the pastry section.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year's experience working in a professional kitchen (pastry experience preferred).
- A genuine passion for pastry and dessert creation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a team-focused approach.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
