Personal Assistant / Carer – Private Care
Location: Hove, East Sussex
Pay: £17.00–£18.00 per hour

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and caring Personal Assistant (PA) / Carer to provide private, one-to-one support for a female adult with cerebral palsy in Hove.
This is a privately funded position within a family home. We are not a care agency or care company, and we are looking for someone interested in developing a stable, long-term working arrangement.
Responsibilities
The role will involve supporting with day-to-day activities and personal care, including:
- Assistance with showering and personal hygiene
- Feeding and mealtime support
- Dressing and general personal care
- Mobility and day-to-day assistance
- Providing practical support throughout the day
Working Hours
Approximately 12–13 hours of support are required each day.
Our preference is to have one main PA/Carer working approximately 10 hours per day, with additional part-time support covering the remaining hours. However, we are flexible and happy to discuss working patterns based on the right candidate's availability.

Pay
£17.00–£18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
What We Are Looking For

- Reliable, patient and respectful
- Comfortable providing personal care
- Interested in a long-term position
- Able to travel to Hove for work
- Previous care or Personal Assistant experience is preferred
The ability to speak Hindi or Punjabi would be advantageous, but is not essential.

This is a privately funded personal care position and not a role with a care company or agency.
