We are seeking a driven and forward-thinking individual to help drive performance and change within Revenue Services in Llanelli and Carmarthen. This is an exciting opportunity for a practitioner who has previous experience of delivering change and working with systems and data.
A key part of your role will be to lead and embed change, making best use of digital tools and smarter processes to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience. You’ll work with stakeholders to help shape future ways of working while building strong cross-service relationships.
