We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inventory Manager to lead our inventory control and warehouse operations. - Lead, motivate, and develop a team of inventory professionals through coaching, training, and performance management.

Oversee daily warehouse inventory operations, including receiving, storage, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Ensure inventory records are accurate and maintained in line with company procedures.

Monitor stock levels to support operational and customer requirements.

Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and annual inventory checks to maintain high levels of stock accuracy.

Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, inventory variances, and damaged goods.

Develop and implement inventory control processes that improve accuracy and minimise stock loss.

Optimise warehouse space and storage utilisation to maximise operational efficiency.

Produce inventory reports, KPIs, and performance analysis for senior management.

Manage inventory transactions within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.

Support internal and external audits, ensuring any corrective actions are implemented effectively.

Identify and deliver process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and productivity enhancements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics management.

Previous experience leading and developing warehouse or inventory teams.

Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse best practices.

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.

Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience producing inventory reports and performance data.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience within high-volume warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.

Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
