Duties
- Rent and utilize designated makeup stations within the studio or salon environment on a self-employed basis
- Provide professional makeup application services to clients, ensuring high-quality results that meet their expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and ready for use
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer consultations, and deliver personalized beauty solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, encouraging repeat business and referrals
- Manage your own appointment schedule, including booking, cancellations, and follow-ups
- Stay updated on current makeup trends and techniques to continuously enhance your skills and offerings
Experience
- Proven experience in makeup application with a portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide tailored beauty advice
- Previous experience working independently or managing your own bookings is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper hygiene practices in a professional beauty setting
