Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team, working a rotating diary so we all get time off where we want it. This is seasonal work.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in air b&b cottages ensuring that all areas are tidy, presentable, and welcoming. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, dining and living areas
- Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Recording of laundry and making up beds
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Capability to drive is advantageous
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
