Chiltern Learning Trust is seeking to recruit a talented, dynamic and ambitious Headteacher for Daubeney Academy. The successful candidate needs to be an inspirational, motivated and committed leader, with the ability to help us with our vision and school improvement journey.
We are looking for someone who can lead us with care, compassion and conviction, and be an integral part of our community. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference to the future of the pupils at Daubeney Academy.
The role will provide professional leadership and management for the academy in line with our vision, mission and values and to ensure continued improvement and success through high quality education which inspires and motivates in order to secure excellent education for all our pupils.
