Job Summary
Gifted is our garden centre & café on Lymington Road, Highcliffe that provides day opportunities Monday-Friday for adults with learning disabilities to gain skills in horticulture and retail that supports future employment and participate in a wide range of creative activities with a horticulture connection.
We are looking to open on Saturdays from March to December, not as part of our day service provision but as an additional means to raise money through the business element of Gifted to support its ongoing sustainability.
We're looking for two enthusiastic people who enjoy engaging with the public, have an interest in horticulture and are happy to serve coffee and cake to our customers.
If you've got retail or customer service experience, a genuine belief that people with learning disabilities deserve the same chance as everyone else to live a life that matters to them, we'd love to hear from you.
