As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of DoubleTree by Hilton London - West End which is a 275-room hotel is perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.
What your day will look like?
You’ll start your day early, preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality breakfast dishes that set the tone for a great guest experience. From ensuring the buffet is well-presented and fully stocked to handling made-to-order items with care and precision, you’ll take pride in delivering consistent, delicious food. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and FB team to ensure smooth service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes every guest’s morning memorable.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef who is passionate about creating exceptional breakfast dishes and delivering an outstanding dining experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of classic breakfast recipes and cooking techniques, with the ability to prepare high-quality, consistently delicious dishes in a fast-paced environment. You will be highly organised, able to manage your time effectively during busy breakfast services, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness. A positive, team-focused attitude and excellent communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service. Most importantly, you will take pride in your work, pay close attention to presentation and quality, and bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine passion for hospitality to help create a memorable start to every guest's day.
