Pay: £65,000 - £80,000 DOE + Package

The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager looking to step into a key leadership position within a growing contractor.
You'll work closely with Directors, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, taking ownership of the commercial performance across multiple live projects. From contract negotiation and risk management to cashflow forecasting and commercial reporting, you'll play a vital role in protecting profitability while driving business growth.
If you're commercially astute, confident working under NEC contracts and enjoy influencing both project and business performance, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.
Positive Signs on your CV:
- 5+ years' experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts (JCT experience also beneficial).
- Proven experience managing commercial risk, forecasting, contract negotiation and leading commercial teams within the construction or M&E sector.
