Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Promote retail products to clients where appropriate
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules
Experience
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role within a professional setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their individual needs
- Good organisational skills to manage appointments efficiently
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to beauty treatments
