Silver Spur is York’s newest country & western-themed restaurant and bar, bringing great drinks, live entertainment, southern hospitality, and an unforgettable atmosphere to the city centre. We're looking for some energetic and personable people to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.
Think country music, cowboy boots, busy weekends, brunch buzz, and a team that works hard but has fun doing it.
The Role
We’re hiring across multiple areas:
- Bar Staff – mixing, serving, and keeping the drinks flowing
- Floor Staff – delivering great table service and guest experience
- Kitchen Staff / Chefs – supporting prep and service of our food menu
- Brunch Team – Saturday daytime service with a focus on quality and speed
You may be trained across more than one area depending on experience and business needs.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and strong timekeeping
- Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential – we can train the right people
