- Support B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by establishing relationships with corporate clients.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, stocked, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Utilize IT systems for order processing, inventory management, and record keeping efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customer interactions seamlessly.
- Drive your own professional growth by actively participating in training sessions and team meetings.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory; a proactive attitude is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively connect with diverse customers and colleagues.
- Proven negotiation skills that help close deals while maintaining positive relationships.
- Familiarity with IT tools such as point-of-sale systems, inventory software, or CRM platforms is advantageous.
