Due to increased seasonal demand, Full Time temporary to prmanent work is available for Bakery Assistants to join a well-established family owned bakery. Based in South Wigston, Leicester, the successful recruit will earn the National Minimum Wage.
Trading since 1988, the company specialises in ambient, long shelf-life bakery snacks. They are known for providing an excellent service and developing their employees to the same high standards. The successful Bakery Assistants will be responsible for general bakery duties including but not limited to:
- Ensuring that Food safety (HACCP) procedures are followed at all times
- Reporting any health and safety matters to the supervisor
- Weighing ingredients
- Baking
- Mixing
- Decorating
- Packing products
- Cleaning
Ideally, the candidate will have bakery experience or have worked on a food production line. Experience is preferred but is not essential.
