Rutland Drainage Group is a leading provider of drainage, wastewater and sewage treatment solutions across the East Midlands and surrounding regions. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Sewage Treatment Plant Installer to join our expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in groundwork, drainage, utilities, construction, or wastewater installations who is looking to develop their career within a specialist industry.
The Role
You will be involved in the installation, repair and commissioning of domestic and commercial sewage treatment plants, septic tanks and associated drainage systems. Also the installation of drainage and repairing drains via excavation.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of sewage treatment plants and septic tank systems
- Excavation and groundwork activities
- Installation of drainage pipework and soakaway systems
- Reading and working from site drawings and specifications
- Operating plant and machinery where qualified
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and professional work environment on site
Requirements Essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Good practical skills and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience in groundwork, drainage, utilities or construction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Experience installing sewage treatment plants or septic tanks
- CPCS or NPORS plant tickets
- CSCS card
- SSSTS card
- Knowledge of drainage systems and wastewater infrastructure
- Streetworks course (NRSWA)

Pay: £35,500.00-£38,000.00 per year
