Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Qualified Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing systems. This role involves installing, plumbing across various conversions of properties to HMO & Flats. High standards of safety and quality are important. Responsibilities
- Install plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in properties being converted to HMOs and Flats
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with assembly of plumbing components during new installations or upgrades
Experience
- Proven experience as a qualified plumber with a solid understanding of plumbing systems in both commercial and residential environments
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repair tasks
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting and layout designs
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and safety compliance
