We are seeking a mature full time senior front of house member to join our dynamic team at Isabella’s restaurant in Porthcawl. We are open Tuesday to Saturday lunchtime and evenings and the role would include opening and locking up on some occasions so need someone 18+
We are looking for an individual who ideally has experience in hospitality as this is a busy restaurant with a good reputation. However, the most important requirement is to have good people skills. This is crucial in ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all our customers. We have very positive feedback on our team and are keen to maintain this high standard of service.
Duties include
- Ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Greeting customers, taking orders accurately and delivering food and drinks.
- Effective communication with the chefs to ensure timely service.
- Ensuring a high level service to customers, dealing with issues professionally to enhance customer experience.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, ensuring it meets quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ideally experience within the hospitality sector. Will need to complete Food Hygiene and Allergen training if don’t currently have.
- A good team player.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for hospitality with a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience for customers.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
