We’re a growing signage and graphics company based in Wimborne, producing high‑quality vehicle graphics, commercial signage, and interior branding. You’ll join a friendly, fast‑moving team and play a key role in planning, producing, and managing graphics for our installation teams.
Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Graphics Production Manager to oversee day‑to‑day production, schedule workflow, and ensure graphics are prepared accurately and on time for installation. This is a hands‑on role based at our site, working closely with our install teams and supporting the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily production schedules
- Operate large‑format roll‑to‑roll printers, plotters, laminators, and RIP software
- Produce, finish, and prepare graphics for installation teams
- Maintain quality control across all printed and cut graphics
- Manage materials, stock levels, and machine maintenance
- Work closely with installers to ensure accurate briefs and timely output
- Support continuous improvements in workflow and production efficiency
Requirements
- Strong experience with large‑format printers, plotters, laminators, and RIP software
- Excellent understanding of vinyl production processes
- Confident managing production workflow and deadlines
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
