CASNA is recruiting on behalf of one of London's most prestigious luxury 5-star hotels for an experienced and motivated House Porter.

Key Responsibilities
As a House Porter, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering housekeeping supplies and linen to guest floors as directed by Housekeeping Supervisors.
- Maintaining housekeeping storage areas, ensuring they are clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Supporting housekeeping colleagues with daily operational tasks to ensure efficient service.
- Assisting with deep cleaning and spring-cleaning duties, including vacuuming corridors, cleaning carpet edges, dusting high surfaces, wall lights, mouldings, and washing walls when required.
- Preparing and arranging special room set-ups to accommodate VIP guests and specific guest requests.
- Responding promptly to housekeeping requests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Following all health and safety procedures and manual handling guidelines.
- Providing friendly, professional service while working collaboratively with other hotel departments.
Working Hours
This is a shift-based position operating seven days a week.
Typical shifts may start as early as 7:00am, with evening shifts finishing at approximately 11:00pm. Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and varying shift patterns is essential.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience as a House Porter or within Housekeeping in a luxury hotel environment.
- Experience working within a 4-star or 5-star hotel is highly advantageous.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Flexible approach to duties and shift patterns.
- Basic spoken and written English to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
