Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas throughout your shift
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills, including processing payments and giving change
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times, including proper handling and storage of food and drinks
- Assist in setting up the bar area for service, including stocking supplies and preparing garnishes
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables promptly and courteously
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in serving beverages and food
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
