We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven Project Support Coordinator to support our busy construction team. Working closely with management, you will play a key role in preparing accurate project documentation, detailed quotes, and complete day‑work information ready for managerial review.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and supporting operational teams to work more efficiently.
About the Role
You will be responsible for producing fully typed‑up weekly day‑work sheets, collating invoice copies, and ensuring all information is complete and ready for valuation due diligence. You will also assist with drafting detailed quotes, breaking down work items into clear spreadsheets, and preparing client‑ready emails that outline scope, assumptions, provisional sums and potential knock‑on effects.
The role also includes preparing monthly contractor reports, coordinating with site managers to gather progress information and photographs, and ensuring all project admin is organised, accurate and ready for senior management to finalise.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly day‑work sheets with all supporting invoices attached.
- Draft detailed quotes for projects with limited drawings/specs, including itemised spreadsheets.
- Liaise with Management to confirm scope details and pricing inputs.
- Produce client‑ready quote emails with clear breakdowns and provisional sums.
- Manage project admin, emails and documentation to reduce workload on senior staff.
- Compile monthly contractor reports with site managers, including progress summaries and photos.
- Maintain organised digital filing and track missing information.
- Support labour tracking and timesheet‑related admin where required.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence working with construction terminology and understanding basic building processes.
- Ability to work from Bills of Quantities, sketches, photos and verbal instructions.
- Proficient in Excel and Word, with the ability to format professional documents.
- Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with site teams.
- Someone proactive, organised and able to produce “ready‑to‑send” documentation.
Working Pattern
- 3 days per week initially, with potential to grow as the business expands.
- Mix of office‑based and remote work depending on tasks.
- Close working relationship with senior site staff and the Contracts Manager.

Pay: £15,600.00-£19,200.00 per year
