Role Responsibilities
· You will be answering and directing phone calls
· Helping build relationships with potential domestic and business clients.
· Communicating with existing clients to help manage expectations.
· Updating clients notes on our CRM
· Assisting with Marketing by calling past clients and asking for feedback and reviews
· To support the Accounts department by data entry & filing
· General Office administration
Candidates’ Skills & Experience:
· Professional telephone skills
· Strong communication skills
· Strong Client relationship skills
· Methodical approach in inputting precise financial data onto Microsoft Excel
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
· Proficient command of language and good literacy skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organised records
· Experience within the home improvement industry would be an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- £13-£15 - per hour dependant on experience
- Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm – This is negotiable
- Overtime may be available
