At Grange House Day Nursery, we believe that early years education should be inspiring, nurturing, and full of opportunities for both children and staff to thrive. Due to continued growth, we are looking for either:
- A qualified Early Years Practitioner ( Level 3)
- An Early Years Apprentice who is passionate about working with children and eager to gain a Level 3 Early Years qualification whilst learning on the job.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based experiences.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
- Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress.
- Working as part of a supportive and enthusiastic nursery team.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Practitioner
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- A passion for helping children learn and develop.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
Apprentice Practitioner
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to completing a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and a caring nature.
