We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced, high-volume cafe team.
This is a hands on role suited to someone confident in leading shifts, supporting staff and keeping standards high during busy service periods. You’ll work closely with the management team to help run day-to-day operations smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the day to day running of the cafe
- Leading and Motivating the team during busy shifts
- Opening and Closing the Cafe
- Handling customer queries professionally
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Supporting stock control and ordering
- Training and mentoring junior team members
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Calm and organised under pressure
- Reliable, Professional and Proactive
- Confident managing a busy service environment
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Bar experience preferred

Tips Paid monthly - up to £2 per hour
Bonuses paid depending on performance
