Must live within Dunstable/ Luton area due to logistics of picking up team members.
We are looking for a Driver/ Site Fitter to join our team. You will be working nationally and occasionally stay away from home. Minimum 39 hours, but usually 10 hours shifts. Paid from when you leave home until you get back at the end of your shift. Driving licence is required, CSCS card is ideal but can be acquired at later date.
Acting as the lead in a team of 2 whilst ensuring the quality installation of new Refuse/Linen chutes along with replacement Hopper Doors and Discharge sections.

Typical responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with onsite team including site managers, principal contractors and customers to arrange access and discuss any issues with the Installation.
- Completing the install of our products on buildings ranging from 1 storey to 60 storey buildings.
- Loading and distributing out materials and equipment to the correct floors on site.
- Identify and resolve installation issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Working in a team of 2 ensuring that problems are resolved timely to the customer satisfaction.
- Working safely under the Company Health and Safety Guidelines including the safe use of tools, equipment and PPE.
- Complying with the customer sites Health and Safety requirements and permit-to-work requirements.
- Ensuring that all worksheets/ software systems/ documentation and photographs are updated on time and accurately
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition.
- Represent our company in a professional manner at all times, maintaining a positive attitude and high standard of workmanship.
- Be prepared to travel throughout the UK and stay away from home when required to meet operational demands.
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience in installation/fitting/ heavy lifting
- Working on construction sites

- Well mannered & team worker
- Driving licence
- Open to working around the UK.
- Physically fit as manual handling required
- CSCS (Labourers Card)
- PASMA (Safe use of Mobile Access Towers)
- Harnes Training
- IPAF (Powered Access Licence)
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-disciplined
