We are seeking to employ 3 exceptional, experienced cleaners to carry out the duties of providing high quality cleaning of our school. Your main duties will include:
• Hoovering/mopping, polishing, dusting offices, sports hall and classrooms, and emptying bins.
- Use of mechanical scrubber to clean sports hall floor and other floors around the school
- Polish floor with buffing machine.
- Toilet areas, disinfecting, mopping, emptying bins, toilet sanitising.
- Corridors – polishing, hovering/mopping and wiping edges.
- Stairways – hovering or mopping, wiping edges.
• Undertake deep clean of school as and when directed.
- Undertake other duties as required by your Headteacher and/or Supervisor.
The hours of work will be 16 hours per week for 41 weeks per year.
During term time the hours of work are from 3.00 p.m. - 6.12 p.m. Monday - Friday.
The additional 3 weeks are to be worked on the school's training days and for deep cleaning during school holidays.
These hours will be discussed at interview.
An Enhanced DBS is required for this position.
