Job Summary:
Cable Security Network UK Ltd. is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of the organization's IT infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of enterprise systems, networks, cloud environments, and data center operations while supporting the company's long-term technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms
- Develop and execute IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives and cybersecurity requirements
- Oversee network operations, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Ensure infrastructure security, system availability, performance optimization, and regulatory compliance
- Manage infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and technology upgrade projects
- Monitor infrastructure KPIs, system performance, and capacity planning to support business growth
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and external consultants
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT infrastructure engineers, system administrators, and technical support teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure management, enterprise networking, systems administration, or technology operations leadership
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization technologies, Microsoft Azure, AWS, networking, storage systems, and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity planning, infrastructure automation, and enterprise monitoring tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, VMware VCP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or ITIL are highly desirable

Pay: £75,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
