Job Role: Fleet Administrator
Location: Revive! Head Office Rugby, Warwickshire
Basic Salary: £26,000.00 + Company Benefits
Revive! is the largest UK-wide SMART repair network, supporting both owned operations and a national franchise network. We are rapidly expanding our operations within the Revive! Head Office and require an experienced Fleet Administrator to provide practical, accurate and responsive administration support across the Revive! vehicle fleet.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a live fleet register covering vehicle ownership and assignment
- Maintain MOT, service, tyres, tax, insurance, breakdown cover, telematics and status
- Administration for new vans, including quote and purchase requests, delivery, fit-out booking and handover process
- Coordinate insurance claim administration
- Support de-fleet and resale administration, including returned vehicle condition
- Administer temporary van rental arrangements
- Provide accurate finance information for vehicle-related invoices, rental charges and claim values
- Share practical suggestions to improve on current processes, liasing with both internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and the Revive! franchisees
About You:
- Experienced Fleet Administrator / Coordinator within the logistics or vehicle facilities sector
- Confident using Microsoft 365, Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive document structures and simple action trackers
- Able to manage multiple vehicle delivery deadlines, renewals and open actions
- An understanding of vehicle compliance, insurance, servicing, MOT, tax and breakdown processes would be beneficial, but training will be provided
