Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to viewer comments and questions to foster a welcoming and interactive environment
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan content themes, special events, or promotional campaigns for live sessions
- Monitor live broadcast metrics and audience engagement to optimize future content strategies
- Maintain a professional online presence that aligns with brand voice and community guidelines
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule upcoming live events and track performance
Experience
- Proven experience in public relations, social media management, or digital content creation with a strong understanding of TikTok platform dynamics
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to energize and connect with diverse audiences in real-time
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple live sessions confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to assess engagement metrics and improve content delivery
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate content planning and schedule live broadcasts effectively
