We currently work closely with a highly regarded specialist academy, close to Peterborough city centre, that has been recognised for its supportive leadership, strong focus on staff development and commitment to inclusive education.
In this role, you will be supporting students with Learning Difficulties, Autism (ASD) (Verbal or non-verbal), ADHD, SEMH and, working 1:1 or in small classes to:
- Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Create a safe, structured and nurturing behaviour
- Build confidence and independence
- Help children overcome barriers and thrive
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans

Who we’re looking for:
- Enthusiastic, proactive and resilient
- Strong knowledge of SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD)
- Driving (but not essential)
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
