Nursery Room Leader (Level 3 Qualified or above) – 4 Day Week Available!
- Salary: Up to £33,495 per annum DOE (FTE – pro rata for part-time hours)
- Hours: Flexible schedules within our 7am – 7pm window (Mon–Fri)
- Location: Wimbledon, SW19 1NL (Superb transport links on The Broadway)

What You Will Do
- Lead the room team and manage daily activities.
- Oversee all observations, developmental assessments, and planning.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and high-quality environment.
- Build highly positive, trusted relationships with children and families.
What You Need
- Qualification: Minimum Level 3 DfE-approved Early Years qualification.
- Experience: Proven experience leading a room or mentoring junior staff.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding.
- Traits: Confident communicator with a warm, positive approach.
