Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and motivated Front of House staff to join our team at the Upper Deck Bar & Sun Terrace, one of St Ives’ busiest and best-located venues overlooking the harbour.
Serving cocktails, drinks and gourmet pizzas, the Upper Deck offers a fast-paced, high-energy environment with full table service in both indoor and outdoor terrace settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Taking accurate food and drink orders
- Running food and maintaining clean, organized tables
- Supporting bar service, including drinks and cocktails when required
- Working efficiently as part of a team in a high-volume environment
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Positive, friendly and professional attitude
- Bar and/or cocktail experience desirable but not essential
