About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and professional Beautician with a minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in massage, threading, and waxing. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and able to deliver high-quality beauty services in a clean and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of beauty treatments including:
◦ Body massage (relaxation, deep tissue preferred)
◦ Facial and eyebrow threading
◦ Full body waxing (strip & hot wax)
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation at all times
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all tools are sterilised before and after use
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records
- Upsell additional services and products when appropriate
- Handle client concerns professionally and politely
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in beauty services (massage, threading, waxing)
- Relevant beauty qualification or certification (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented
- Flexible with working hours (including weekends if required)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in facials, skincare, or advanced treatments
- Knowledge of different skin types and products
- Basic sales skills (for recommending services/products)
