Project Manager – Clean Water
Lead operational delivery across the South East Water contract, covering Kent, Sussex & Basingstoke. This commercially focused role combines operational leadership, people management and programme delivery within a key UK water utility framework.
The Role:
- Lead field teams delivering leak detection, data collection & CSL services
- Manage daily operations, workforce planning, performance & fleet utilisation
- Deliver against KPIs, leakage targets, safety standards & client expectations
- Drive productivity, data quality, reporting & continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with clients, planners and project teams

- Strong KPI, commercial & performance management experience

- Understanding of leak detection, data logging & CSL
- Competent with MS Office & operational systems
Qualifications:
Essential / Expected:
- Full UK driving licence
- NRSWA / Streetworks Supervisor (desirable)
Desirable:
- PRINCE2 / PM2
- NEC contract or UK water utility framework experience
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Location & Package:
- 40 hours | Monday–Friday
- Up to £45,000 depending on experience
- £4,000 car allowance
- Company & personal performance bonuses
- Kent, Sussex & Basingstoke
- Regular travel between operational sites required
