Your working hours
This is a part-time role, working 30 hours per week Monday - Friday

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
What you’ll do

Carry out day-to-day repairs and general maintenance of the building and grounds

Support planned maintenance schedules, liaising with external contractors where required

Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company procedures

Conduct regular checks on equipment, fire alarms, and emergency lighting

Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors
What helps you shine here

Basic maintenance or handyman skills (painting, plumbing, joinery, or similar)

Good understanding of health and safety requirements

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to help others

Previous experience in a care home or similar setting (helpful but not essential)

Driving Licence is essential
