The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with new enquires, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to organisational expansion through strategic outreach and effective utilisation of CRM tools. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience with CRM software.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach programmes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations.
- Manage business social media channels.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into active clients.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities for growth.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the organisation’s services.
Skills
- Experience in business development or sales roles
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in British English.
