We're recruiting an experienced Vehicle Conversion Technician with a strong electrical background to join a growing specialist manufacturer delivering high-quality bespoke vehicle conversions.
If you've worked on campervans, motorhomes, boats, specialist vehicles, horseboxes, emergency vehicles or luxury conversions, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a hands-on workshop role where no two projects are the same.
The Opportunity
You'll join an experienced workshop team carrying out complete vehicle conversions, combining your electrical knowledge with practical fitting and assembly skills.
You'll be involved throughout the build process, helping create bespoke vehicles to an exceptional standard.

What You'll Be Doing
- Installing electrical systems and wiring within bespoke vehicle conversions.
- Working on campervans, catering vehicles and specialist vehicle refits.
- Fitting interior panels, cabinetry and conversion components.
- Following engineering drawings and workshop build schedules.
- Supporting the wider workshop team throughout each build.
- Carrying out fault finding and testing of completed electrical installations.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety.
- Helping improve workshop processes and build quality.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a practical mindset and a genuine passion for building high-quality vehicles.
You'll ideally have:
- Electrical installation qualifications and current certification.
- Experience wiring vehicles, boats, campervans or similar specialist products.
- Good carpentry or multi-skilled workshop experience.
- Strong practical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
- Full UK driving licence.
