If you are a strong Residential Conveyancer who wants more autonomy, higher earning potential and the freedom to work from home, this is a very different proposition to a traditional conveyancing role.
You will manage your own residential property matters from instruction through to completion, supported by proprietary AI technology designed to remove routine tasks and give you more time to focus on the legal work and your clients.
The firm is actively developing its technology to help experienced conveyancers manage greater capacity without simply adding more manual administration.
There is also an established pipeline of work, so you are not expected to generate your own business.
What Will You Be Doing?
You will take ownership of a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New builds
- Shared ownership
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Lease extensions
You will manage matters end to end and have genuine responsibility for progressing your files, advising clients and maintaining high standards of service.
Who Will Thrive Here?
This is a role for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Lawyer who is comfortable taking ownership of their work.
