Healand Clinic is a doctor-led, CQC-regulated health and wellness clinic based in Leicester, offering a range of advanced medical and wellness services — including blood testing, IV nutrient infusions, hormone therapy, and weight management programmes.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (Band 5–6 ) to join our dedicated and friendly clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse who is driven and committed to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-focused care in a modern, forward-thinking clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform blood tests, IV infusions, and cannulation safely and effectively.
- Support doctors and nurses with medical and aesthetic procedures.
- Conduct patient observations and assist in clinical assessments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control and CQC standards.
- Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive experience at every visit.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse qualification with valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- At least 2 years experience post registration, desirable experience in Emergency Medicine, Acute Medical same day emergency care, or private healthcare clinic.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and patient care practices
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a commitment to high standards of clinical practice
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
