Job Title: Account Director
Location: London, UK (1-2 days per month in office)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (+ £20,000 - £25,000 OTE)
Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for an experienced Account Director to join our amazing Apprenticeships team at Leep Talent, part of Leep Group! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation making a difference within the community.
Our Account Directors will identify and develop new opportunities, approaches and solutions to key clients that allows for the expansion of our business offering. You will be confident, highly personable, with strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, and an ability to build strong relationships, you will have exceptional commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset to build strong value propositions for our clients.
Our focus is on technical pathways so to be successful you will need to be technically minded, comfortable talking about Tech and digital solutions, as well as be able to think strategically and creatively to generate new starts for our full range of apprenticeship offerings while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage client stakeholders and increase apprenticeship revenue within a portfolio of strategic, large enterprise client accounts, delivering excellent client service and satisfaction with the support of the delivery.
- Increase revenues for each account through expanding the scope of programmes delivered to existing contacts and business areas as well as new business units to create growth in a full suite of pathway delivery.
- Build and maintain a healthy personal pipeline to deliver and exceed quarterly and annual target, generating new leads and building your network within your accounts.
- Support and coach colleagues while sharing best practice and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of systems, processes, and ways of working within the team.
- Work closely with delivery, compliance, and marketing teams, collaborating to deliver exceptional customer experience/satisfaction and consequently long-term client relationships and high account growth.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a similar role in account management, particularly in the apprenticeships/training industry.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders, demonstrating presence and authority, with strong negotiation, influencing and closing skills.
- Strategic and creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate difficult / uncertain situations.
- Passionate about learning, self-development/improvement and open to feedback - we are an education company and are always learning ourselves.
